Every deal you close earns you 40% of the agency commission. On a $10k contract you pocket $1,000. Close more, earn more. Simple.

Here is exactly how a deal works step by step:

A prospect signs a $10,000 contract with the agency. The agency keeps 75% ($7,500) and pays the sales team 25% ($2,500). From that $2,500 pool: you as the closer receive 40% = $1,000. Ashford receives 50% = $1,250. The agency sourcing rep receives 10% = $250.

On retainer contracts this repeats every month for up to 12 months. A single client on a $5,000/month retainer pays you $500 every month for a year, from one close.

Your job is simple: get on calls, follow the script, close the deal. Everything else is handled.

Here is exactly how agency sourcing works:

If you identify a marketing agency in one of our target niches, reach out to them, and successfully get them to sign our partnership agreement. That agency becomes your agency.

Every single deal closed under that agency from that point forward pays you 10% of the commission pool for 12 months, whether you closed it or a completely different rep did. After 12 months the window closes, but any new agencies you sign after that start a fresh 12-month window. Stack multiple agencies with overlapping windows and the passive income becomes significant.

Example: You sign 3 agencies. Each agency closes 3 deals per month at $10k contracts. Each deal generates $2,500 in commission. Your 10% = $250 per deal. 3 agencies × 3 deals × $250 = $2,250 per month in passive income, on top of whatever you earn closing.

The more agencies you sign, the more your passive income stacks. This is entirely optional. You can just close deals and ignore this. But the reps who build agency portfolios build real recurring income.

To qualify: you find the agency, make initial contact, and get the partnership agreement signed. We handle everything after that.
